Entry Fees & Charges – Electronic only exhibition! The entry fee is $8.00 U.S.


To pay by mail, make checks payable to SCSC, U.S. currency will be accepted at entrant’s risk. Send to Ed Ogawa, 8763 Reading Ave, Westchester CA 90045, USA.

Entries for which fees have not been received by the Closing Date, February 5, 2012, will not be judged.

  1. The Exhibition is open to anyone; however, an entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization or its agent in its reasonable discretion believes the entry does not conform to exhibition rules and conditions.
  2. Entries must be limited to not more than four stereo digital images. The title and maker’s name should not appear in the image.
  3. Entries must originate as photographs (images-captures of objects via light sensitivity) made by the entrant. Images may be acquired on traditional film and scanned to an electronic file or acquired electronically. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own and permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. This may include low resolution posting on a website. The exhibition assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright. (Submission implies acceptance of all conditions.)
  4. Images may be altered, either electronically or otherwise, by the maker and artwork or computer graphics created by the entrant may be incorporated if the photographic content predominates.
  5. Images previously accepted may not be reentered regardless of title.
  6. An entrant’s four images will be distributed throughout four rounds of judging.
  7. Selection will follow the current Photographic Society of America’s (PSA, psa-photo.org) Consolidated Exhibition Standards (CES) and PSA Uniform Judging Practices.
  8. Electronic entry payment must be received prior to Closing Date, email info to chairperson.
  9. All accepted entries will be credited to the entrants at the showings and in the catalog (which will be emailed to entrants and posted on the LA 3D Club website, la3dclub.com.) Names of accepted entrants will be submitted for listing credit in PSA’s “Who’s Who in Stereo Photography” and for Star Rating records.
  10. Report cards will be emailed, unless a written copy is requested.
  11. All possible care will be exercised in handling of all entries, but no responsibility is assumed for loss or damage of entries during the Exhibition or in transit.
  12. The filename should be the same as the image title, alphanumeric only, no punctuation, without your name. One JPEG file per image-pair, side-by-side, left on left, right on right, no margins, no line down the middle. Images will be re-sampled by the projection system to 1400 x 1050 pixels maximum, each eye; 2800 x 1050 total for the stereo pair. Please wait patiently for your files to upload.     Hi,
    I have a question about the name of the file.The filename should be the same as the image title. Without your name in it. Example might be “big oak tree”
    Is that all you want? How would you know who’s it is?
