The next regular meeting of the Los Angeles 3-D Club (SCSC) will be Thursday, May 16, 2013
7:30-10pm at the Armory Center For the Arts 145 N. Raymond, Pasadena, CA 91103.
The May meeting of the LA 3-D Club will feature the final 3-D photo competition of the 2012-2013 year.
This month’s competition is your LAST CHANCE to get those make-ups submitted so that you can boost your year-end standings or qualify for the 100% Participation ribbon at the Year End Awards Banquet! Also, even if you haven’t been able to participate in all of the competitions this year, up to any 5 images you have submitted are eligible for the year-end Image of the Year competition, which has numerous awards (see last month’s 3D News for details).
This month’s Theme is “STRONG,” so if you want to take a last-minute shot to submit, you might want to consider taking an image illustrating this theme. Otherwise, consider taking images for some of the Special Award subjects that will be chosen during the Image of the Year Competition. Let’s make this a varied and colorful final competition!
