The Armory that builds on the power of art to transform lives and communities?
The Armory that facilitates the creating, teaching and presenting of the arts?

As a not-for-profit organization, the Armory has provided a wide range of free programming for students of all ages since 1983. Classes are taught by professionally trained teaching artists committed to creating safe, supportive environments in which students can have fun learning experiences about art, while developing their artistic skills and exploring stimulating ideas. The Armory actively collaborates with agencies and community groups – like Homeboy Industries and Learning Works Charter School – to offer free art classes for over 5,000 at-risk and economically challenged youth throughout Northwest Pasadena.

Each year, the Armory has an Annual Benefit to raise funds for our general operating expenses. As you can imagine, most of the Armory’s funding comes from this once-a-year appeal. We invite you to be an Armory Patron with a contribution of ANY amount. Your donation needs to arrive prior to February 7th to be acknowledged in the invitation.
