WE WILL MEET AT THE DOWNTOWN INDEPENDENT THEATER!
The next regular meeting of the LA 3-D Club will be Thursday, March 19th, 7:15-9:45pm at the Downtown Independent Theater, 251 S. Main St. Los Angeles, CA 90012
The evening will include the fourth competition of the LA 3-D Club 2014-2015 year. The special theme for this month is POINTED. Club members may enter their images into the competition by using the uploader.
In addition to the competition, we’ll take a look at the award winning films from last December’s 11th Annual LA 3-D Movie Festival:
ONE NIGHT IN HELL from internationally award-winning animation studio and production company Unanico Group, and visionary rock musician Brian May.
SPECTRE OF MEMORY by Claudia Kunin, recipient of the 2104 Ray Zone Award for Excellence in 3-DIY.
THE CHAPERONE 3D, directed by Fraser Munden and co-directed by Neil Rathbone.
And we will present the festival Ro-Man trophies to the filmmakers and to Lifetime Achievement Award winner Norm DePlume (Stephen Gibson).
The meeting is free, and open to the public.
