This is advance notice as we have to call for free tickets on September 15th.
Our next Club Outing is scheduled for Saturday, October 16th. It is a FREE event at The Nethercutt Collection in Sylmar, CA. Opened in 1971, The Nethercutt Collection features rare collectibles ranging from mechanical musical instruments and antique furniture to over 250 American and European automobiles dating from 1898 to 1997. First, around 12pm, we will visit the Nethercutt Collection, which should provide fantastic opportunities for unique 3-D photos. At 2pm, we will attend a screening of silent movies projected by Joe Rinaudo via his vintage hand cranked film projector, accompanied by organist Dean Mora.
Free tickets for the screening must be obtained in advance and will be available by calling on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH FROM 4:00-6:00 PM. There is a limit of 4 tickets per household. Also, there are no group tickets, so if you and some of your friends want to attend this event, please call for up to four people. The ticket number is 818-364-6464.
